During the process, In case of loss or damage to the garment/fabric laundroway shall be liable for a sum not more than five times of that particular garment’s processing charges.

Regular Check of garments and pockets before giving garments for laundry, is the responsibility of the customer and no other claims shall be made at a later Stage.

Regular Check of your garments at the time of delivery is the sole responsibility of the customer and no other claims shall be made at a later stage.

Laundroway cannot be responsible for shrinkage or fade of color, damage to zari,printed work,bead work or thread/net,It totally depends on age and bad quality of the garment.

We cross-check each and every garment at the time of receiving them, any defects that were not noticed will be thoroughly examined at our Store And shall be informed to the customer in order to process further.

original colors of few fabrics/garments may fade or spread in normal dry cleaning/ wash process , Weak fabrics may get torn as it all depends on the type of cloth and it’s age. Prior informing of such garments is must so that it’s taken proper care and no claims on this issues are settled.

Stain/color bleed removal is not guaranteed as it depends on type of cloth and stain, we strive hard in all possible ways to remove any such stains.

We Focus on timely delivery, however, customers are requested to kindly apologise for any delay due to any unavoidable circumstances.

Laundroway will wait for a maximum of 15 days after the order is ready and informed to the customer for collection or delivery. Items not taken after 15 days will not be retained.

Complaints and Returns must be made within 24hrs from the delivery. Company is not responsible for Missing of items after the said time.
