Refund Policy

At Laundroway, our goal is to provide high-quality laundry services and ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Please review the following refund policy for information on how refunds are handled:

Conditions for Refunds:

– Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
– There was a mistake on the part of Laundroway during the service.
– Items were damaged(cannot be repaired/altered) during the laundering process due to negligence on our part.
-Items were lost while processing the order in rare instances.

Timeframe for Refunds:

– Customers must request a refund within 24 hours of the completion of the order delivery.

Refund Methods:

– Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.
– If the original payment method is unavailable, Laundroway will issue the refund via store credit or an alternative method.

Exceptions:

– Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
– Items were damaged due to improper care instructions provided by the customer.
– The customer changes their mind about the service after it has been completed.
– The request for a refund is made outside of the specified timeframe.
– Household items, leather and Heavy garments are cleaned totally at the customer’s own risk.
-Normal wear and tear such as shrinkage, fading, thinning of fabric, small rips or tears from repeated laundering, and discolouration.

Customer Communication:

– To request a refund, customers must contact Laundroway on 9392958665/support@laundroway.com and provide details of their refund request.

Laundroway reserves the right to amend and change this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for updates.
